Located near Dahab, a small town on the southeast coast of the Sinai Peninsula, this area has become one of the world's most iconic freediving destinations. What was once a quiet Bedouin village is now a place people return to again and again — drawn by the stillness, the depth, and the energy of the sea.
The Blue Hole itself is a natural submarine sinkhole reaching depths of over 100 meters, surrounded by vibrant coral reef and marine life. Protected from waves and currents, it offers rare conditions for freediving — calm surface, easy access, and immediate depth just a few meters from shore.
This environment is at the core of our coaching.
At Blue Hole Freedivers, our coaching goes beyond technique. We focus on building divers who are aware, controlled, and deeply connected to their bodies and the water. Every session is intentional — combining safety, performance, and mental presence.
We work closely with each diver, adapting our approach to their level, their mindset, and their personal journey. Whether you are just starting or refining advanced skills, our goal is to help you progress with clarity and confidence — not force.

Coaching Schedule
Each session is divided into 1.5 hours on land and 1.5 hours in the water, following a clear and effective flow:
On Land (1.5 Hours)
- Briefing & Theory — Session goals, technique focus, and key concepts
- Stretch & Mobility — Prepare the body, release tension, and improve flexibility
- Equalization Practice — Dry training to refine technique and awareness
- Breathing Preparation — Relaxation and breathing exercises to prepare for breath-hold
In Water (1.5 Hours)
- Warm-up Dives — Easy dives to adapt and relax
- Training Dives — Apply techniques with personalized coaching
- Recovery & Safety — Structured rest with full supervision
